My pole doesn't lock and keeps falling apart. Is it defective?
To ensure your pole is properly assembled, fully extend the third section until you hear a "click," indicating the locking pin is engaged. This secures the pole for use. If it continues to fall apart, please contact customer support for assistance.
How do I adjust the length of my trekking pole?
To adjust the length of your trekking pole, start by opening the flip lock. Extend the second section to your desired length, then tighten the thumb screw to ensure a firm hold. Finally, close the flip lock to securely lock the pole in place.
The grip section is detached from the pole, and there's no inner cable connecting it. Is it defective?
The grip section is intentionally designed without an inner cable to allow for easier length adjustment. Once the pole is set to your desired length and the flip lock is securely tightened, the pole is ready to use without any issues.
